国际贸易术语：在长期的国际贸易实践中形成的，用一个简短的概念或英文缩写来概括说明交货地点和买卖双方有关风险、责任和费用的划分的专门用语。

二、国际贸易术语的作用

2 有利于核算成本和价格

3 可以规范合同执行和解决纠纷

三关于贸易术语的国际贸易惯例

本专栏先采用2010版本，2020版本我再研究研究

（1）Ex Point Of Origin：原产地交货

（2）FOB(free on board)：指定地点运输工具上交货

（3）FAS（free along side）：在运输工具旁边交货

（4）CF（costfreight）：成本加运费

（5）CIF(cost , insurance and freight)：成本加保险费、运费

（6）Ex Dock（named port of importation）：目的港码头交货

其中，FOB术语又分为六种类型

1.FOB（named inland carrier at named inland point of departure）

在指定内陆发货地点的指定内陆运输工具上交货

2.FOB（named inland carrier at named inland point of departure），Freight Prepaid To

在指定内陆发货地点的指定内陆运输工具上交货，运费预付到指定的出口地点

3. FOB（named inland carrier at named inland point of departure），Freight Allowed To(named point)

在指定内陆发货地点的指定内陆运输工具上交货，减除至指定地点的运费

4. FOB（named inland carrier at named inland point of exportation）

在指定出口地点的指定内陆运输工具上交货

5. FOB Vessel (named point shipment)

船上交货（指定装运港）

6.FOB（named inland port in country of importation ）

在指定进口国内陆地点交货

（二）《国际贸易术语解释通则®2010》

第一组：适用于任何运输方式

EXW (Ex works)：工厂交货

FCA (Free Carrier)：货交承运人

CPT (Carriage Paid To)：运费付至

CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid to)：运费保险费付至

DAT (Delivered at Terminal）：运输终端交货

DAP (Delivered at Place)：目的地交货

DDP(Delivered Duty Paid)：完税后交货

第二组：适用于水上运输方式

FAS (Free Alongside Ship)：装运港船边交货

FOB (Free On Board) ：装运港船上交货

CFR (Cost and Freight)：成本加运费

CIF(Cost Insurance and Freight)：成本保险费加运费
